  • Benefits are better than my last company which was quite large. We get full employee health, dental and eye care insurance. Food and snacks in the office. The taco economy. There are a lot of perks, but the team and leadership are the best ones. It makes this an amazing place to work.

  • I joined in part because I felt the work was interesting, but wish I knew more about the culture and the team dynamic. It's been a very pleasant surprise since joining. I've never experienced a team that works this well together or enjoys each other this much! We should sell the culture more in the interview process, because it's a big one.

  • Morale is strong. We're doing meaningful work and people love our products. The team does a great job of sharing user anecdotes, data points and more to help us see the impact of what we do each day. It's a lot of fun!

  • We're very diverse, especially for tech and for OKC. I think we're about 45% female, 55% male. Candidates for roles are judged fairly based on what they bring to the table. The team is pretty liberal and progressive in our views, so I've never experienced any discrimination.

  • We have an open office working area with private conference rooms for meetings and focused work. We also have a ping pong room, kitchen and an open conference room that we use for all hands meetings twice a week.

  • We have a culture budget that the team allocates organically. People can just suggest or plan things and I don't think the CEO has ever said no to any requests. There's a real sense of ownership here over all aspects of life.

  • Total pay (salary, equity and bonus) is well above market. Salaries are comfortable and evaluated every 6 months. Total pay lets you earn a lot more based on your performance. I like being able to directly impact my total earnings in a meaningful way by doing good work.

  • I set my own schedule. We have flexible work hours and flexible vacation policy. I usually end up working about 10 hours a day on weekdays and little to none on weekends, unless we're in a push toward a big release.

  • Our Engineering team as a whole is awesome. We're a flat team structure, so we don't think in terms of strict "leadership" vs "non-leadership." Everyone is expected to lead, follow and collaborate. That said, our team rocks.
