Review from Sales Dept

I honestly like it all

I can't complain is being good

Profit sharing plan, benefits for my family, and the commission was the only reason I stayed. I didn't have the right tint to get a large store. Even with my BBA in management

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Were dealing with someone's freaking 70,000 vehicle lol , no reason why we should be making the same as a McDonald's employee

I could deal with the expectations as lead tech if the schedule were less demanding and the pay rate atleast a dollar more.

more pay for more tasks

I was told to leave the job after I see things being g given away for free or 50 % off or 100 % off to family members but I can't do it because I'm an assistant manager

Review from Operations Dept

I didnt gave any packages

I feel that like after being there 9 months i should get a raise

During my interview, I expressed and provided proof of 3 years exp. In an actual mechanic shop. I just moved to Florida, expressed interest as a tech, and was hired at the exact pay rate of a coworker who is 18, with absolutely no work experience in any field. People with exp. Need to be compensated

Review from Operations Dept

Making an even $15 an hr 12-13 an hr isnt right for this work you change oil plus make sales and have to habe cusmtwr service 1 of them is worth $12 but not all 3 call center makes $15 just on the phone in the ac all day and take 5 cant pay that is a joke

Getting paid more how about that!

Threated with violence knowing the person that fired me has their gun in thier waist was not allowed to find my personal belongings also stolen tools at work by the company

They change hours according to how much you sell they dont care about changing oil. Its all about force selling things even if people dont need it to make the district and regional managers look good

If the shop was fully staffed and a new manager

I spent a while it this company trying to be something and all they did was put new people agead of me just because they look good they set people up for failure this company is bu far one of they worst ever to work for management are sneaky they dont help you succeed you cant go far in this company

when i asked why i still was making only so much after being there 3 months it would get brushed off or ignored . i never got a DIRECT answer this was on 3 DIFFERENT occasions.

Review from Sales Dept

I work a lot of overtime because we have been short staffed. When I have disability related issues, I was "written up". (Only saw messages in my ADP when clocking out. No actual write up occurred)

A respectful and professional general manager

pay/hr does not match labor requirements

Fast food workers are paid more

The pay is less than Wendy's or McDonald's an hr

I got promised a raise and bereavement pay, haven't gotten them. Doing mechanics work when not licensed to do so.
