Seeing a customer, new or repeat, that seems down and at the end of their time in the bay, they've smiled or laughed. I like to think that I helped make their day a little brighter.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

People getting premotions before over tech that have worked a lot longer

Pay people more & only have 2 mangers When you have 3 assiant mangaers you habe 2 people of them that feel like they dont have to work

It wont be improved because they only care about selling products not changing oil for theor own personal gains

They are pocketing cars taking money from yall

Pay your workers for the hours they worked and understand your workers have a life outside the company and that mot everyone is going to decote their whole life to work. Some of us have families to go home to.

I used to love my job. The changes Take 5 made drove some regular customers off. No one listened to my concerns when I raised them. You Need to listen to everyone, not a select few who don't have their finger on the pulse of each individual shop
