Training is inadequate. Retention is zero. Pay is low. This leads to low quality employees.
I cannot confidently criticize my coworkers knowing that they have not been properly trained and knowing that our manager does not hold us eaqually accountable for our job responsibilities.
They need to do right and not be selling things to elderly and young people that don't need it

In a 30 minute interview, at least 20 of that should have been addressing experience, the shop, etc. Instead, I had less than 3 minutes to talk about myself, and the next 27 was spent being told about the managers personal weapons he owns, his room being a vault by the st. Of Florida, etc.

Pay people more & only have 2 mangers When you have 3 assiant mangaers you habe 2 people of them that feel like they dont have to work
