What do you like best about the leadership team?The leadership team is very transparent. They share updates from their internal Staff meetings as well as client meetings via Slack and in our weekly all-hands.
What is the best part about your compensation package?100% medical, dental, and vision for you + *your dependents* !
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We pride ourselves on having a culture of respect.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership team is completely inexperienced and has no idea about how to build products. Almost everyone is from a consulting background and they view solving a customer problem in a one-off way as ok.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Comp doesn't really take the market into consideration and equity is not sufficient to make up for it
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Very little constructive debate. Meetings are a waste of time.
