    Leadership team is completely inexperienced and has no idea about how to build products. Almost everyone is from a consulting background and they view solving a customer problem in a one-off way as ok.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    Comp doesn't really take the market into consideration and equity is not sufficient to make up for it
  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
    Very little constructive debate. Meetings are a waste of time.
