The company itself as a whole is great but I left due to an unforgiving boss with bad culture. So did two people I hired on with. We all left within months. The micromangement and need to be in all of your business in personal and work. Minimal room for growth. leadership awful

Growing to fast - CEO/CTO has management issues.

It's a company where if you work hard, you'll advance. They promote from within and due to its flat company structure, it's easy to get noticed if you do good work.

The leadership teams needs to take note on fixing the issues and bad seeds, verses covering things with bandaids and events to brush things under the rug. People want to be heard and helped not left with things going no where and quick fixes that do nothing.

My team is incredible! I love them whole heartedly and we've been through a lot together if we had proper management with love and support verses being handed the gavel. Things would have progressed more then not. being fully remote would help as well as they don't need to be in office
