Flat management structure Lots of opportunity to grow if you are willing to put the work Friendly and family atmosphere Flexibility in managing our time off "Freedom" in the way you do your job
Environment is fun ! People are engaged, it is a big family.
So friendly and energetic! There are no bad ideas. Everyone is learning together and there is so much room for movement and growth.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
better leadership, better training materials. Better mentoring, better culture, more flexibility. Gave a lot of promises but didn't meet many.
