What did you like most about the interview process?three interviews and you were done, the process was quick
What makes you most happy at work?Honestly nothing, I wasn't happy in the environment, nor the product, I didn't understand how to sell it or what it did. My colleagues helped me get through being there.
What are some of the best things about your team?My team is incredible! I love them whole heartedly and we've been through a lot together if we had proper management with love and support verses being handed the gavel. Things would have progressed more then not. being fully remote would help as well as they don't need to be in office
What needs to change to make the company culture better?better leadership, better training materials. Better mentoring, better culture, more flexibility. Gave a lot of promises but didn't meet many.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I was scouted out and was able to enter into a new job with a 25k increase in pay and higher commission rate. Your pay is lower than other companies here.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership teams needs to take note on fixing the issues and bad seeds, verses covering things with bandaids and events to brush things under the rug. People want to be heard and helped not left with things going no where and quick fixes that do nothing.
