What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is incredible! I love them whole heartedly and we've been through a lot together if we had proper management with love and support verses being handed the gavel. Things would have progressed more then not. being fully remote would help as well as they don't need to be in office

Having 3 offices across the world, having the ability to work with a diverse set of people.

Environment is fun ! People are engaged, it is a big family.
So friendly and energetic! There are no bad ideas. Everyone is learning together and there is so much room for movement and growth.
What did you like most about the interview process?
three interviews and you were done, the process was quick
It was more of a conversation to ensure I was the best fit for both the role and the company culture. It wasn't someone going through a list of generic questions.
Transparency, and the whole process was cleared and organised
It was straightforward and not complicated or long.
What makes you most happy at work?
Honestly nothing, I wasn't happy in the environment, nor the product, I didn't understand how to sell it or what it did. My colleagues helped me get through being there.
