What is the best part about your compensation package?

slightly better than market rate with great healthcare and benefits

Salaries are very decent, benefits are not, and inexistent in comparison with most other companies

Salary is fine although by the unsatisfaction at work probably not worth it

Not many benefits, bonus is good but nearly everything else is missing

Bonus is good and benefits are less than what you would see in the market. A lot more benefits could be given to staff, for example overtime, as many people work until late hours to sync with co workers from other parts of the world.

There is a bonus, but all other standard benefits that companies offer are missing here

We get really good benefits, PTO, competitive base pay, bonus awards and other incentives.

Work long hours with unpaid time, that's not how Europe does things and it's not looking after employees. They rave about how much money they o each year but that should be reflected on the workforce that get things done

Basic benefits,. they could give more training, there is none for the Job at hand. Consider the extra hours you have to work to sync from Europe with Asia and America it is not well paid. No overtime either, if there was overtime paid then it would be much easier to stay long hours

Most companies give a lot more benefits so they are better! There is no paid training for anything we do, food is just snacks and some fruits, beverages, Dublin CEO wanted us to work from the office even during lockdown which caused a lot of talk in the company

Basic benefits. Besides the yearly bonus there is really nothing else. Most companies have a lot more benefits (overtime, time in lieu, training, etc.)

This company has only the average benefits that every other company has. Nothing special here...more benefits should be added to the workers package

Can't talk for others but salary for me is reasonable but you are asked to do everybody else's jobs too which is bad for the person doing the job, the team and the company. It is a terrible way to get things progressed just because they don't want to spend the money to hire more people.

They dont pay you well. They cheat you. They low ball you while hiring by assuring high pay in future but that never happens. They fire you from no where. I have seen them doing this as a retaliation against employees for raising concerns about org structure.
