What makes you most happy at work?
Every day is different, lots of projects going on at all times
Co workers and having lots to do, as otherwise the day takes longer to finish

The top management has a tendency of ditching anything the workers do, regardless of scope and staff availability. I once saw co-ceo strongly criticizing someone else for a different team, with a different manager, having a different outcome than he expected. He just overly criticized anyone regardl

Terrible culture at work ends up reflecting on quality of services to the public, in spite of great products
CEO leadership in Ireland should change to a better CEO, perhaps the same one in the US who does a much better job to getting the company to very good revenue every year
Not sure, the Sales team would know best. They have good prospects but the top management makes a mess of how the work progresses even though everyone trying to do their best
