Work long hours with unpaid time, that's not how Europe does things and it's not looking after employees. They rave about how much money they o each year but that should be reflected on the workforce that get things done

Basic benefits,. they could give more training, there is none for the Job at hand. Consider the extra hours you have to work to sync from Europe with Asia and America it is not well paid. No overtime either, if there was overtime paid then it would be much easier to stay long hours
Most companies give a lot more benefits so they are better! There is no paid training for anything we do, food is just snacks and some fruits, beverages, Dublin CEO wanted us to work from the office even during lockdown which caused a lot of talk in the company

Treat each other fairly, give respect to receive respect
The co workers are just great but management gives us too many meetings where we are just listening and have little to say so it's a waste of time. They could just try to prioritize really important meetings instead and choose time accordingly. Suggestions for these weren't accepted unfortunately

The competition fairs better in it's products
The top management has a tendency of ditching anything the workers do, regardless of scope and staff availability. I once saw co-ceo strongly criticizing someone else for a different team, with a different manager, having a different outcome than he expected. He just overly criticized anyone regardl
