I worked for tarkett for 7 and a half years and right now is the worst of them all. We are moving out of the plant we are in at the end of the year and have known about the move for a year. They will not tell us where will be going or how much well will be making when we get there.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership. They can start telling the truth.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That it is the right amount most of the time.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Leadership and hours worked. We are under staffed and over worked.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and being honest. They are subpar on both of those fronts.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are hard-working people but get held back by the leadership.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Every form of management we have. They refuse to tell us the truth about anything.
