What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honest, transparent, caring. Passionate about improving and creating a winning culture.
New leadership team is agile and fast
A lot of Autonomy given to management

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
stop harrassing the manitance guys and yelling
Communication and being honest. They are subpar on both of those fronts.
Better representation people from HR.
Not rewarding those with poor work ethic just because they are friends.
They need to act with sense of urgency as the company continues to make acquisitions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That it is the right amount most of the time.
Entrepreneurship is encouraged in all aspects of the business

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay me a living wage.
Other companies I have worked at had higher compensation
Better vacation system add more hours/ pr year
Higher raise and promotion would make me feel better
I work twice as hard as the rest of my team

we care about each other. We are trying to change our culture.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are hard-working people but get held back by the leadership.
Laziness is rewarded and people are held to different standards
They’re very good friends at work and after work. It makes the days unbearable
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership walks the walk and stays consistent on achieving results through the FOCUS document. We see in on all Town Halls.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Pay the employees a living wage for the money they make the company and find more dedicated upper management.
Shorten the benefit waiting period
Every form of management we have. They refuse to tell us the truth about anything.

Honest transparent process. Answered all my questions and concerns with integrity.
