The teamwork and open discussions

Mixed cultures and respectful towards everyone

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Pay the employees a living wage for the money they make the company and find more dedicated upper management.

Shorten the benefit waiting period

Every form of management we have. They refuse to tell us the truth about anything.
