Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Absolutely and this is why they go through bartenders faster than I have ever seen a bar go through bartenders.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? There are new company meetings nobody does their job the only person that stocks and cleans that far is myself and like I said I give me two hours there and two hours back. I do not even make back the money I spent in tolls and gas.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Possibly having a ladies night, drink specials a dart team anything that would bring customers in to the bar so that the bartenders actually made money. And also a shift pay that is worth working for.
