Incredibly positive, I have never felt so respected and supported as an employee or as an individual at work.

My experience at TaxJar has been largely positive, but I think it's fair to mention that working at all this year has been extremely challenging and de-motivating, even at a place working as hard to get it right as TaxJar. This makes me feel very guilty.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their commitment to transparency, and their approachability.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
A generous base salary for the work I do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility of working remotely and the trust and accountability we?

My interactions with my co-workers, and watching us celebrate each others' achievements.

My team seems to genuinely care about each others' well being and the rest of the company.

For the most part, the leadership team is committed to the well being and development of their teams.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work that makes me feel valuable; getting to do my part to ensure others feel that way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My co-workers are brilliant. There are so many people at this company that I am proud and perfectly happy to say are way smarter than I am.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People at TaxJar seem to truly care about one another, and take the time to ensure we know that. Especially in a difficult year, this has been nice respite.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Honestly having a generous base pay is so crucial and this is the first place I’ve found that cares about generous pay for my function. Without that, benefits would feel like bandaids. I feel like my base comp here means the company
