The leadership team is not only knowledgeable, they are passionate about the job, and caring about the employee.

The passion that everyone shares for TaxJar and the overall success of the company leads towards a mindset that is extremely positive and energetic.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making effective progress on the tasks at hand make me happy, and sharing those moments of joy and laughter with coworkers also makes me extremely happy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's hard to pick a "best" here, but I would have to say the vacation policy and the stock options are extremely generous (as is the entire package).

The leadership team's transparency is the best I have ever seen, this aids in the creation of the work environment and culture that we all enjoy here at TaxJar.

I don't even know where to begin..there comes a point where you are simply in disbelief of the generosity of TaxJar. The entire compensation package is above and beyond.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is extremely dedicated and goal-orientated, yet also extremely accessible. We can always rely on one another to be there and get the job done, and also have some good laughs along the way.

My team is always there for me, there has not been a single moment where I have felt alone since I began at TaxJar. I have never in my life worked with such an amazing, supportive, and intelligent team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Once again, I am simply lost for words. What words can I say that accurate describe what has been built here? The classic saying "If you do something you love, you never work a day in your life" truly applies for me at TaxJar. The culture is the best of the best, without a doubt.
What makes you most happy at work?
It feels so strange to say, but I am truly excited each morning to get to work. I am working at a company that I truly believe in, and am also doing work that not only is stimulating and challenging, but I would consider extremely fun. I love the work I do, and the people I do it with.
