Managing the managers with the lower level people in mind and not just the product

Down to earth. Ambitious but cautious not to be reckless. Care about people. More transparent than most.

Generally positive attitudes & friendliness. Happy with remote and flexible schedule. Balance between moving fast and focus on quality.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Nothing to measure against so not sure. Maybe having more data about the decision made and clearer feedback on the value I provide.

Interesting problems, challenges, feedback & appreciation, being able to work remotely and on a flexible schedule, working on something that really helps people in a meaningful way.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No career path or focus on employee growth and promises often delayed. Needing to constantly pursue raises and promotions or just expectations. No transparency on salary, position, market comparisons. Not enough opportunity to show full potential. Some efforts and personal impact not acknowledged.
