Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The growth and change since I started full-time has been tremendous and it's been exciting to be a part of that change. I'm constantly bragging about how much I enjoy my coworkers, my challenges, and everything that I've learned regarding the sales tax world and how our services work.

Feeling the progress of supporting our customers and receiving positive and constructive feedback from them in return.

We enjoy communicating with each other and everyone is ready and willing to do their part to meet our goals!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ever since joining, the push for diversity and inclusion has emerged and been felt throughout all decisions. Making sure that everyone feels a sense of belonging is appreciated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the transparency in our goals and the amount of attention and detail that goes into the limited times we spend together and all of the time that we're remote.
