They're honest, empathetic, and are always there to support me. They're also very good at what they do and I'm always learning from them. They're fun to be with too :)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the generous vacation policy, especially as I have family members abroad so I get more time to visit them. Professional development money is also a great idea (I haven't used it yet but will do soon). The overall benefits/compensation package is amazing, especially for a US-based company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very empathetic. We genuinely care about each other, each TaxJar employees, and our job candidates. They make me laugh, and they're super-smart. I really look forward to working with them everyday. I think the best thing is no-one just sits on their laurels - we're always trying to improve.
