It feels like they looked at every offering and said let's give our employees 25% more.

We are small, confident, and extremely focused. It is very easy to talk to one another and collaborate on complicated issues.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with so many intelligent people where I don't have to deal with politics and hierarchy to the point that it impedes my work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The effort to make sure that it feels effortless. The constant striving to include everyone and make sure every employee is just a ginuinely enjoyable and nice person is great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that they are constantly transparent and extremely approachable. I sat with one of them for 30 minutes hanging out and never even realized who they were. It's extremely refreshing.
