We get along, everyone is ridiculously brilliant and yet still not egotistical, and we've all got each others' backs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that we all feel like we're in this together and cheerfully have each others' backs. There's almost never any blaming or finger-pointing when things don't go as well as hoped for.
