I feel a part of something important. I believe we are solving a very complex problem in a way that anybody can understand. Our team is there for each other and it makes me enjoy coming to work every day.

Everybody is supportive, helpful, super smart, and has fun at the same time.

A raise based on my language skills, and seniority on my team .

The transparency and closeness I feel towards my coworkers even though we are remote.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency and outlook on the future of the company. They are realistic with the goals they set for us, yet aspire to do great things that I am excited to be a part of.
