The support and communication everyone shares, especially as a new employee. I have felt very encouraged and supported as a person and teammate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, communication, and accessibility. After having my 1:1 with Mark during onboarding, I felt his sincerity in saying that his door/basecamp is always open. That's something I've never experienced at work before and I'm so impressed.
