Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Offer a traditional PPO health plan with reasonable co-pays and affordable bi-weekly deductions, not only these high deductible/co-insurance plans that don't really cover anything.

Wages do not match cost of living and inflation
