Mr. Thomas J. Lynch, also known as Tom, served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tyco Electronics of Precision Interconnect LLC since January 2006 until March 9, 2017. Mr. Lynch serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Entera Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of TE Connectivity Ltd., a subsidiary of Tyco Electronics Group S.A since January 2006 until March 8, 2017 and Tyco Electronics Corporation since December 11, 2006. He served as the President of Tyco Engineered Products and Services, since September 2004. He served as the President and Executive Vice President of Motorola Solutions Inc. from August 2002 to September 2004 and also served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Personal Communications Sector from October 2002 to September 2004. He served as an Executive Vice President and President of Integrated Electronic Systems Sector from January 2001 to August 2002, Senior Vice President of General Instrument Corporation and General Manager of Satellite & Broadcast Network Systems, Broadband Communications Sector, from February 2000 to January 2001 and Senior Vice President and General Manager of Satellite & Broadcast Network Systems of General Instrument Corporation from May 1998 to February 2000. He served various positions with General Instrument Corporation and the Distributing Company since 1982. He served as Vice President and General Manager of Satellite Data Networks Systems from October 1997 to April 1998. From April 1994 to October 1997, he served as Vice President and General Manager for Transmission Network Systems of the Distributing Company and after the Distribution of General Instrument Corp. He served as Vice President of Finance of the Distributing Company's Jerrold Communications Division. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aerocast Inc. He has been the Executive Chairman at TE Connectivity Ltd. since January 7, 2013. He served as a Vice Chairman of Rider University's Board of Trustees. He has been an Executive Director of TE Connectivity Limited since January 2006. He has been Director of Cummins Inc. since May 12, 2015. He has been an Independent Director of Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc. since May 2009. He serves as a Director of Tyco Electronics Corporation and US-China Business Council, Inc. He served as a Director of Entera, Inc. Mr. Lynch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from Rider University.
