I have been working in Tech Mahindra Blore since 2016. I am working for Rail Domain Technical Documentation for Alstom Transport India Limited. I created various manuals for Dubai metro. Sydney metro, Kochi metro and Madhepura Elecrtic Locomotive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Technical Round Interview of Tools/Documentation process.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am 9+ years of experience in Technical Documentation and I feel my package is little less compared to the outside market trend.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have very good team of experienced guys in technical documentation. We work efficiently as per project scope. We work as a Unit to meet the customer requirements.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Tech Mahindra having avery good infrastructure at Bangalore. HR team always conducts the training sessions w.r.t every individual profiles, Cultural activities and Sports at regular intervals which creates positive atmosphere to work efficiently. My manager also ready to take our ideas w.r.t work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have very good experienced leader at higher positions and they always reach us to explore our skills every time. Almost all of them are joined 25-20 years ago in Tech Mahindra and they are very good at getting the projects from different customers across the globe.
What makes you most happy at work?
As a Technical Writer it gives us a challenging role to develop the manuals for products. We develop various manuals for products every time. This is a very challenging and interesting role. Once I see my name on the Tittle page of every manual, it gives me a very happy feeling to me.
