What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Be process oriented and dont favor or give power to a single person or to a reporting manager
Focus on positive and ethical work practices. Company Indulges in extreme unfair work, business, customer and unfair labour practices
More employee benefits and scope for learning has to be improved
Retention. They pay so less that it is assumed everyone will leave in 2-3 years.
