Total compensation package is excellent

At par with industry and particularly the House Rent eligibility is good

paid a day before the next month kicks in. I love this to pay my maid and works on the first of every month.

Compensation is not based on Performance its purely based on the situation and very biased

Company uses hire and fire technique to boost the profits

Comparable pay and advancement options.

It would be nice to get paid at least market rate. Most are paid a good 30-50% below market average. I feel like I work 40+ hours a week and get paid as if I only work 1 day.

Human value is undervalued. There is nothing to feel better as i am underpaid and undervalued. Management needs slaves to work. One of the worst company i have worked for; where there is a bias on employees at different levels.
