What did you like most about the interview process? It was fast and effective
What makes you most happy at work?My direct coworkers are great
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The culture itself is good
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication and keeping the drama outside of the office. The "leaders" in the phoneix and denver office do not care to see you succeed and won't do anything to help you either. They will trash talk you behind your back and pick favorites.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The inappropriate behavior by those in leadership positions here is always excused by corporate. They will always have an excuse for them or sweep it under the rug because they make them money. They over work you with little to no help then reprimand you if you make any mistakes.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Morale in the office needs to change as does leaders. Cut the drama and gossip! someone that actually cares about seeing people succeed. Here's a secret: if you want your team to be successful at their job (& to make more money for yourself), make sure that you are actually a good leader to them
