Let the direct managers do their job.
Everything. They just fired the manager for suspicious circumstances. But everybody knows why... He liked the ladies a little too much.

Raises that were promised when they were promised. This company and it's managers are excellent at the be patient ... Carrot dangling technique.

Departmental managers are insecure and defensive rather than supportive of one another.
Working 100% hader so many people fail to meet performance standards every day.

Nice facility with regular team meetings.

Tell applicants the truth. There isn't going to be a raise for a long time, we won't appreciate you, and you'll probably hate it here.

The ability to works with team members helping them develop and grow
