Maryann T. Mannen — Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at TechnipFMC

Ms. Maryann T. Mannen serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at TechnipFMC plc. Previously, Ms. Mannen served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of FMC Technologies, Inc. since November 2011 and January 16, 2017 respectively. She served as Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President of FMC Technologies, Inc. from 2011 to March 1, 2014 and from March 1, 2014 to January 16, 2017 respectively. She served as Director of Investor Relations and of Corporate Development at FMC Technologies Inc. since 2003 and then in 2005, assumed additional responsibility for the Corporate Communications function. She served as Vice President of Administration at FMC Technologies Inc., from July 2007 to April 2010 and also served as its Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from April 2010 to November 2011. She was responsible for the Human Resources function, as well as Executive Compensation, Health, Safety and Environmental and Corporate Communications. Ms. Seaman has been with FMC Technologies or its predecessor since 1986. She has served in a variety of accounting and financial positions within FMC Technologies including Division Controller for the Airport Systems Division. She has been a Director of Owens Corning since August 06, 2014 and FMC Technologies, Inc. since January 16, 2017. She serves as a Director of Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. Ms. Mannen holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an MBA from Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
