Salary increase. Concurrence is paying more.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't know. Maybe the fact that we are not friends, we are collegues and we keep our relationship warm but professional

Improve the management structure and provide more preparation to senior leadership

Nice managers, nice HR, willing to discover me as personality and specialist

More interviews with specialized people and less contact with HR department
What makes you most happy at work?
Dealing with big projects makes me happy and makes me feel important
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The relationship between the client and the contractor is not healthy. This needs to change.

I like that it's big and reach and we are providing services in oil&gas which still remains a very important industry

Hard to say, I don't really know. Maybe salary ranges transparency
