Lisa and her husband, Greg Nichols, founded Technology Partners in 1994 driven by their passion to revolutionize the staffing industry with their transparent business model. Using her background in accounting and marketing, Lisa heads up the business side of the company, and her leadership has been recognized by numerous awards including regional finalist for EY’s Entrepreneur Of The Year® award for both 2013 and 2014, 2013 YWCA Leader of Distinction, and the 2013 Enterprising Women Award. Lisa was also featured in Forbes’ “Most Powerful Women” issue in 2013, for Missouri, and 2014, for Texas.
