Fair structure for sales with uncapped income potential
They cut benefits after I paid for them, mentioned they were reinstated but I am still not covered.

Benefits keep improving every year. They really are trying to make everyone happy. Probably one of the better benefits package in local media. No one in local media should expect Google benefits, but TEGNA is definitely above the rest.

I feel undervalued because I AM undervalued. Paid significantly less than my male counterparts AND paid sognificantly less than people In the same role at other stations in the same market. Non-compete clauses allow them to get away with this. TEGNA likes young cheap labor. No skill necessary.
Never be satisfied with the kffer
A wage that would allow a decent quality of life would be a great start. Not being punished for leadership failings would also help. No chance for even the best workers to earn fair raises.
