Being a boss and doing boss thing.
Treating people like they're human beings would be a great start. Also there is zero accountability from management for their own mistakes, instead blaming every issue on employees that barely make enough money to afford rent.
Not using fear and threats to rule. Better life work balance.
Good management would not be loosing so many people. It’s cheaper to treat people fairly and get them to stay rather than consistently retraining for the same position
