What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair structure for sales with uncapped income potential
They cut benefits after I paid for them, mentioned they were reinstated but I am still not covered.

Its a smaller of experienced sellers having meaningful conversations versus a large floor of sellers flailing around
we grind non stop, 24/7
People care deeply about journalism and doing good

The diversity and inclusion and support of "atypical" types like myself
