What do you like best about the leadership team?
Flexible and open minded. Interested in employee feedback.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team is a revolving door. No one can work for the CEO for longer than 1 year without quitting.
Sticking with the plans and initiatives they start, or explain why they fell through. For example becoming #thebestcompany isn't talked about anymore. Most people don't feel comfortable speaking their mind around Alasdair, because the stories of him yelling at teams. Bad reputation across all depts
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is what I expect to live comfortably in Boston.
It's competitive. The harder you work the more money you make.
The opportunity to make more money after quota is hit (as an AE). Also the compensation is higher, over time, than it was before.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salaries are well below the average and bonuses are few and far between. At least pay the average salary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People have a lot of integrity and personal accountability. I rarely feel like I'm going to have to clean up somebody else's mess.
Friendly, outgoing, down to earth.
Young team that I've built great relationships with. We all work hard towards a common goal and support one another

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People don't point fingers at each other
Laid back environment and dog friendly!!
Casual, music playing, stocked food in the kitchen, fun activities outside of work.
You always feel welcome. I legitimately coming to work every day. The whole team has really meshed together over the years.

The vision and teamwork. Company culture. Music, food, beverages.
The people. The environment. The energy level. The music. The fact that the company goes out of its way to keep employees happy!
