What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership needs to be more compassionate. They need to start removing DSATs as a result of Misplaced ratings, Mid-chat abandoned, and DSATs that come from unresolved cases especially when it's not the agents fault.

Sadly disappointing! I have learned patience, but not much else, Greatly enhanced cust serve skills, and am much better at handling politics. Tech skills are not needed and so the position is not valued by mgmt and so not developed, unless you know someone! know why oper msg and admin msg not good
