Annual raises and good bonus
The health benefits are great as is the 401k/retirement benefits.
Health insurance and summer hours
RSUs and Stock Options are fair and inline with others in the industry.
Health insurance generally has good coverage
Generally competitive. Good performers get not much difference comparing to a mediocre performer. Annual adjustment is limited not motivating. Budget is zero-sum game. HR is bureaucratic, central propaganda agency, not standing for employees, getting their wins / jobs done rather employees' wins
Bonus Package based on company performance
As with every company that values Shareholders over employees the benefits become more and more anemic year over year.
It would be nice to be paid for 5 days of work instead of 4 when working 40+ hours a week.
Benefits are shopped each year to the lowest bidder. No assistance from the company to navigate the benefits obstacle course. Only L1 is compensated well. All other groups fight for 1% increases. Even office supplies are hard to come by (many people bring from home).
An AWESOME annual merit pay increase would be 2-3% at BEST at Tektronix. You're more likely to see 1.2 - 1.8% with a lot of promises that "next year will be better".
