What do you like best about the leadership team?
Data driven, factual, and approachable
They allow my independence to flourish.
Ability to listen and understanding of how important culture is.
I like that the leadership team works together as a collaboration to make decisions on a case by case basis. I have made multiple suggestions that have been implemented and applied to our practices.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Motivated, collaborative, passionate and willing to listen
They are an amazing, fun and compassionate group!
I can rely on my teammates when I'm having issues, or know I'm going to be out of office. Our mission is clear and we are all working at a common goal.
We could share common practices to improve our concerns

Building trust and making employee friendly policies

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was done third party with Salelytics.
I enjoyed the company heard how my personal story was impacted by Teleflex products before my hiring and I didn't even know about Teleflex during my hospitalization.
Knowing I'm being judged personally but professionally
Multiple levels of command chain involved, encouraged to make sure it was the right fit for me, and provided with an opportunity to connect with a peer to job shadow if desired
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The hiring managers were slow to respond and continually went on PTO around my hiring to avoid helping me through the onboarding process. Very disappointing process as they promised a certain salary for the job and then offered much less without reason.
What makes you most happy at work?
very nice, small, quite town its located, and the work environment is great
The fact our company is doing great things and i have a bright future
