I like that the leadership team works together as a collaboration to make decisions on a case by case basis. I have made multiple suggestions that have been implemented and applied to our practices.
Very supportive and creates a good working environment
They listen. If they cant fix an issue or concern they will explain why. They really want feedback positive or negative and are focused on the end product with the tools we provide teams to care for patients.
I have never worked for a company that cares so deeply for their employees. They truly do put people in the center of all they do and are absolutely about providing opportunities for career growth , development, and internal promotion. I am proud to work for Teleflex.
