I love it here. Everyone is so positive, supportive, warm and welcoming. I can't speak about other departments, but in the sales department, the commissions structure and benefits are very competitive and I am quite happy with it.
I am a florist. This company uses bait and switch tactics regularly to recruit florists. I was warned by other florists but I believed the Sales Person that signed me up. Do not work with this company. They require you to purchase codified products at inflated prices then discount the arrangements

When I ordered online and provided the address, you should have known IMMEDIATELY whether you could deliver to this address. This occurred twice on 2 different addresses that I was notified AFTER the promised delivery date that you were unable to deliver the order.
