Deliver the product that a customer orders! Strike 1: They delivered the day after they said it would be delivered. Strike 2: They delivered an inferior floral arrangement for the money I spent. Strike 3: It was supposed to be delivered with a birthday ballon and it was never delivered.
not lying to their customers just to get their order. promised flowers delivery by noon 3/19 it is 224pm 3/20 ive contacted customer service 3 times disconnectred now twice on my last call i asked for a supervisor and was disconnected. Ive asked where the flowers are told by call center cant tell

I love it here. Everyone is so positive, supportive, warm and welcoming. I can't speak about other departments, but in the sales department, the commissions structure and benefits are very competitive and I am quite happy with it.
I am a florist. This company uses bait and switch tactics regularly to recruit florists. I was warned by other florists but I believed the Sales Person that signed me up. Do not work with this company. They require you to purchase codified products at inflated prices then discount the arrangements
