What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their prioritization of support and learning
They are all so personable, relateable, accepting, approachable. They made me feel at home the day of my interview. The training is TOP NOTCH
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying employees the small wages they are suppose to get. So people that worked the Christmas and Valentine holidays are not paid.
CARE ABOUT ALL THE EMPLOYEES AND NOT JUST THE ONES WHO ARE IN THE CALL CENTER
The leadership team needs to stop with the favoritism in the workplace. I noticed that a lot of people who were not qualified get advancements in the company when other people who have been there longer and have more experienced were overlooked.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is accepting. The managers really know how and who to hire. Great people
My team is amazing! Co-workers will always go out of their way to ensure everything is done correctly,
Most of them are friendly. Some are just over the top, have no clue what they are doing, but it is fun to watch.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
MAYBE IF THEY HAD PEOPLE IN CHARGE WHO KNEW HOW TO TRAIN PROPERLY THEN IT WOULD BE BETTER
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Other workers not getting paid either
We are culture in our enviorment. I have not met anyone who doesnt love this career
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
THEY NEED NEW PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT MORE THAN THEIR SALARY
The favoritism in the company needs to stop. Hard working, qualified people are being overlooked because they are not the popular people at the place of business.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was conversational and not a lot of pressure. We discussed my work experience, we got to know each other a bit and see our personalities, and I had a good time. It was effective and not onerous or burdensome.
It was a normal interview for customer service
It was easy but they just hire anyone too
