They are all so personable, relateable, accepting, approachable. They made me feel at home the day of my interview. The training is TOP NOTCH

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Paying employees the small wages they are suppose to get. So people that worked the Christmas and Valentine holidays are not paid.

CARE ABOUT ALL THE EMPLOYEES AND NOT JUST THE ONES WHO ARE IN THE CALL CENTER

The leadership team needs to stop with the favoritism in the workplace. I noticed that a lot of people who were not qualified get advancements in the company when other people who have been there longer and have more experienced were overlooked.
