I am a florist. This company uses bait and switch tactics regularly to recruit florists. I was warned by other florists but I believed the Sales Person that signed me up. Do not work with this company. They require you to purchase codified products at inflated prices then discount the arrangements

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was easy but they just hire anyone too

What can this brand most improve?

Terrible Service center doesn't care about the root of the problem. They are robots. Florists cannot provide the flowers ordered through this service for the prices offered on Teleflora's website so you don't get what you ask for. No one calls to discuss changes.

What makes you most happy at work?

The job itself is very satisfying
