Competitive across the board. Employees are also regularly evaluated for raises/additional compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being a start up, things are extremely fast paced. Everything is thought through thoroughly, and the pivots and changes make sense when applied.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The collaboration is visible in every aspect. It genuinely feels as though we're all working towards the same goal. There are no hidden agendas.
What makes you most happy at work?
Partnering with organizations on the cutting edge of tech is incredible. Knowing that I'll have individuals hop in at any stage to help when needed is a wonderful feeling as well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was more about me as a person, and my potential fit. I'd be in a similar role and successful at my previous company. While that was important, the culture fit didn't take a backseat.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is extremely transparent from the top down. I feel like they genuinely look to do what's in their employees best interest. They are also not "above" any work, and always willing to help where they can.
