What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to your employees, treat customers better
Leading by example. Entwistle is highly over rated. When the President of the Advanced Communication group doesn't meet his objective but still gets a million dollar bonus something is seriously wrong.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

TELUS went from a class act President to bum with no class.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process is usually complex because we hire the best in the industry to be part of our team. There is s rigorous HR screening, followed by an interview, followed by a panel case study interview, and sometimes followed by an additional layer up interview.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Nothing to add here really
More standardized skills-based assessments. Adopt a bar-setter type practice.
TELUS hires people with desire then removes it.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team I work with works well together.
