Leading by example. Entwistle is highly over rated. When the President of the Advanced Communication group doesn't meet his objective but still gets a million dollar bonus something is seriously wrong.

Pay fairly in comparison to the market
Increase pay so it matches market
Inflation compensation and bonuses linked to executive bonus rates.
It's under Market in Canada, also limited internal growth plans
